Jean Francis was named vice president of clinical operations for the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association. She will supervise and coordinate all aspects of the agency’s home care program. She previously was clinical nurse manager for Elliot Hospital’s emergency department.

John Sokul, Mark McCue and Richard Uchida, Concord-based attorneys at Hinckley Allen, were featured in the Chambers USA 2016 guide as top ranking lawyers.

Sandra Kenney, an associate at Upton & Hatfield, was elected public relations officer for the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association. She previously served as an at-large member.

Lisa Wilber of Weare, a local Avon representative, was recognized by the company as one of its top performers. The company awarded her and other distinguished representatives with a trip to Las Vegas for the annual President’s Recognition Program Celebration.

Alexandra Davidson of Hillsboro was promoted to business development manager for U.S. Cellular in New Hampshire and Vermont. Davidson joined U.S. Cellular in 2008 as a wireless retail consultant. She was then promoted to sales manager and most recently as store manager for the company’s Manchester Mall and Nashua retail stores.

Pubali Chakravorty-Campbell was elected to the board of directors of the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation. She is business operations and training partner at Human Resource Partners.
