Perhaps there are others who have observed a phenomenon that I have: So many children in the past generation have been raised through thick and thin by moms, and dad is gone through divorce or disinterest. These single-parented kids include many boys. They have seen their moms steady and true no matter what, without an on-the-job dad for cooperative support and example.
So it would be no surprise that a lot of voting age men might feel more secure with a tough woman than a man who’s had three wives , and has even spoken of dating his daughter if she weren’t his daughter.
