David Dahl and Pat Valaika scored on an error in the eighth inning to help the Hartford Yard Goats secure a 6-4 victory over the New Hampshire Fisher Cats on Tuesday.
Matt Carasiti got Dwight Smith to hit into a double play with a runner on first to end the game for his 22nd save of the season.
The runs by Dahl and Valaika to give the Yard Goats a 5-4 lead.
The Yard Goats tacked on another run in the ninth when Zach Osborne scored on an error.
Starter German Marquez (6-5) got the win while Tim Mayza (0-1) took the loss in relief in the Eastern League game.
