A tractor-trailer loaded with building supplies rolled on its side, spilling lumber at the Exit 5 off-ramp on Interstate 89 south in Hopkinton on Tuesday.
Police said they believe speed was a factor in the crash, which occurred around 9:30 a.m.
The exit ramp was closed to allow for crash investigation, clean-up and vehicle removal.
About 80 to 100 gallons of diesel fuel leaked onto the roadway, and the state Department of Environmental Services was called in to help clean up. Hopkinton fire and state police also responded.
The truck was driven by 29-year-old Jean Sarrasin of Quebec, who was uninjured. He works for Fidele Tremblay Transport Inc., according to police.
