This year’s Rock On Fest took place at White Park in Concord on Saturday. The afternoon of music, basketball and entertainment was broken up by a rain shower, but the weather cleared in time for the DJ Red Mamba Family Fun Dance Party featuring Matt and Luke Bonner.
