I can’t believe the damage done by vandals to the wooden fence that is on Regional Drive across from the airport and at the end of Greeley and Grant streets.
What bothers me most is that Dennis and Carol Soucy personally maintain the area, cleaning up the trash, raking when necessary and just making it a nice area when it could be just a plain fence.
Vandals have struck many times, and thankfully the fence has been repaired. However, this time, because so much was damaged, I am not sure who is responsible for fixing it.
Folks who are having a great time vandalizing it, how would you like it if you were trying to make a spot beautiful and it was damaged? Thanks, Dennis and Carol, for your volunteer efforts. It is greatly appreciated.
