Police say speed was a contributing factor in a motorcycle crash that killed a Laconia man.
Police say the motorcycle reportedly had been traveling with a second motorcycle at a high rate of speed Friday evening when it went off the road, tipped over and slid for several hundred feet.
The operator, 21-year-old Matthew Cummins, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are continuing to investigate the crash. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to contact the Laconia Police Department.
