Ashooh vs. Guinta

Let me tell you a story that I think says it all about Frank Guinta.

While working for the state Department of Safety, I went to Washington to testify before the House Transportation Committee on a funding bill that was important to New Hampshire. I boarded the airplane in Manchester, and Frank was on the plane.

He asked me what I was doing, and I said โ€œIโ€™m going to testify before your committee.โ€ He said he would see me there. He never showed up. Hereโ€™s a guy who represents us, and he couldnโ€™t be bothered to show up for a hearing on funding that affects his own state.

Rich Ashooh is running against Frank in the Republican primary, and I can tell you that Rich Ashooh is a man of his word. Iโ€™ve known Rich for better than10 years, and the bottom line is that Rich has integrity. You can count on him, every time. Heโ€™s the kind who gets things done.

People who know me know how important veterans issues and national security are to me. I know Rich Ashooh is passionate about protecting our country and our veterans. He lived national security as an executive at BAE Systems, and I trust him completely to support a strong defense, and give our service members and veterans the support they need during and after the fight.

We need a representative who will fight for us in D.C. Rich Ashooh will be that representative.
