After the awful events of Sept. 11, 2001, we learned that a strong America is essential for a peaceful world. However, much of our military hardware is becoming obsolete. Other nations are rapidly catching up to our military superiority. If we want to pursue a strategy of peace through strength, we must continue to invest in the latest military technology and hardware.
As the world’s most impressive, technologically advanced multi-role fighter, the F-35 Lightning II will guarantee strategic dominance and enable us to project power globally in the face of any and all threats to our national security.
We can’t simply turn a blind eye to the threats from abroad. We can’t let our allies fend for themselves. We must constantly improve our military, and that starts with the F-35 fighter jet.
