Choose Howard Moffett, Saunderson and Carey

On Election Day, voters in Loudon and Canterbury have two great choices for state representative: Democrats Howard Moffett, not to be confused with Republican candidate Michael Moffett, and George Saunderson.

Both candidates are incumbents and have a very high voting record.

I do not always agree with their votes, but I appreciate that both Howard and George welcome input from voters and have always responded to my concerns. They rate A+ in my book.

I have lived in Loudon for 51 years and believe Howard Moffett and George Saunderson have represented our towns well at the State House. I hope you will join me in voting for them. (Full disclosure: I serve as Howard Moffett’s fiscal agent.)

I also know that Mike Moffett is for “right to work” so state employees, firefighters, teachers, police offers or union members should think twice about voting for Mike Moffett.

Lorrie Carey, District 26, also deserves our vote for all the same reasons listed above. Look at the incumbent’s record and see how well the Republicans did for our towns.
