Joe Jesseman of the UNH Cooperative Extension led a cooking class at the TRIP Center in Franklin on Sept. 29. He demonstrated and prepared a delicious and nutritious vegetable bean soup in homemade bread bowls for everyone to enjoy. This is the first of a series of nutrition and cooking classes, scheduled the first Friday of the month through April. For more information, call 934-4151.
