A three-day trial has been set for December in the Manchester robbery case against Leeland Eisenberg.
Eisenberg, 55, has pleaded not guilty to one count of bank robbery and one count of possession of a controlled substance in connection with the Aug. 2 incident.
Eisenberg made national headlines in 2007 for taking hostages at a Hillary Clinton campaign office in downtown Rochester.
Eisenberg claimed to have a bomb and engaged in a lengthy standoff with police. What he said was a bomb turned out to be road flares. No one was injured in the incident.
He is now accused of robbing the Citizens Bank at 875 Elm St. and fleeing with $1,611, according to court documents. Police say when they arrested Eisenberg later that day at the Valley Street cemetery, he had 6.5 grams of crack cocaine in his possession.
A judge has ordered him detained pending trial, which is set to begin with jury selection Dec. 13.
