When Dorene Massetti’s old dog Rusty couldn’t walk anymore, she gave him a pair of all-terrain tires. Rusty, who turns 12 years old on Halloween, put his two-wheel wheelchair to good use as he explored the paths and pond at White Park in Concord on Tuesday. “I’ll keep him alive as long as I can,” said Massetti, of Farmington.
