A Concord man accused of downloading and uploading child sexual abuse images while online was arrested Tuesday, according to police.
Stephen Mann, 63, faces five counts of possession of child pornography, for allegedly having five separate child sexual abuse images.
He turned himself in to Concord police on an outstanding warrant Tuesday.
Police began their investigation of Mann in November 2015. Concord police worked with the state’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Strafford County Sheriff’s Department, federal Homeland Security Investigations, as well as the Manchester, Bedford and Allenstown police departments.
Mann was released on $25,000 personal recognizance. He is scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 9 in Concord’s district court.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
