Talk about a broken state government and city of Concord in regard to shoveling a direct path to the Friendly Kitchen.
The city and state should both be embarrassed by their response to the problem. Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill.
What about an individual or group of people taking turns shoveling the path?
The state of New Hampshire asks for companies to pick up trash along Interstates 93 and 89 for advertising their business. I would think the liability issue must have been discussed and a common-sense solution developed.
Who is going to take responsibility if another tragedy happens because the path is left unshoveled
