State police arrested a Franklin man after they said an aircraft clocked him driving 105 mph on Interstate 93 in Canterbury on Thursday morning.
An aerial trooper radioed to his colleagues on the ground at 10:12 a.m. after spotting Lynnwood Beveridge’s 2005 Chevy 2500 pickup speeding in the southbound lane, state police wrote in a press release issued Friday.
The 23-year-old, who told police he was late to pick up a friend, was stopped and charged with reckless driving. He’s scheduled to appear at Concord’s district court on March 3.
