Art on the Porch will return to Contoocook Village on Saturday, along with the seasonal opening of the farmers market and train depot.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., artists will display their work and host workshops on porches and around Fountain Square.
“It’s wonderful to see the community come together to support both small business and local artisans,” Contoocook Chamber of Commerce President LeeAnne Vance said in a statement. “I love seeing all the creativity this town has to offer.”
Featured artists include fiber artist Gina Hawley; glass artisans Annie and Steven Frye; painters Julie Ford, Byron Carr and Denise Green; and jewelry-makers Julie Schroepppel and Kathleen Dustin.
Amy Rothe, owner of Sage & Twine, will host a chalk paint workshop for all ages.
Mr. Aaron, a children’s musician, will be performing in the area, too.
