Another article about Al Gore means another error about the Academy Awards (Monitor Entertainment, July 26). Gore did not win an Oscar for An Inconvenient Truth. Davis Guggenheim did. He was the director. Melissa Etheridge won the film’s second Oscar for the song “I Need to Wake Up.” Gore did not sing it in the movie.
