The Franklin Business and Professional Women’s Club recently awarded two $500 scholarships to women 22 years or older attending college to advance in their career.

The club raises money for the scholarships by selling a community calendar listing birthdays, anniversaries and memorials as well as local organization meeting dates and city of Franklin meetings.
