The Rolfe family has owned a farm in Belmont since 1963 when Nelson Rolfe and his wife bought it to raise their six children. Their youngest, Joe and his wife Cindy now own the Stone Mountain Farm in Belmont and grow apples and pumpkins and sell them off of Route 106. Nelson still helps out and Joe says he is the best market tool the family has. The farm also grows apple for wholesale.
