Go with Croteau

It is with great pleasure that I sit and write this opinion for a candidate for the Concord School Board.

Tom Croteau has been a member of the board for a number of years now and never expects recognition for any of his efforts. He has been extensively involved with education for the past 35 years and continues this endeavor in his retirement years. He is deeply concerned about the bottom line, โ€œthe effect on the local taxpayer.โ€

Yes, we need to move forward and adopt new initiatives, improve our educational standing and bring equality to all that we serve. That being said, why would you choose others who have no track record of accountability and fiscal conservatism for the people we serve.

Being on the school board is not a popularity contest for those who wish to promote themselves. Let the board continue its very successful journey to date and finish what they have so far established.

The voters of Concord have an opportunity to make a clear and decisive decision on Nov. 7.

I am assured that your vote for Croteau is the only path to follow, or you deal with the consequences that will follow.
