“Staying Small in a Century of Growth: Canterbury, New Hampshire 1900-2000,” written by Katheryn Grover and fueled with lots of community support, begins where the last town history book left off.
Volunteers conducted 75 oral history interviews, designed an exhibit on the last 100 years in town and condensed information found in historic photographs, municipal records and archival materials.
