My name is Louise Andrus. I’ve lived in Salisbury for more than 40 years. I’m a mother and grandmother whose children graduated from Merrimack Valley High School. My lifetime occupation has been that of bookkeeper. I’m a candidate for school board for the Merrimack Valley School District. If elected I’ll represent all children, parents and voters from Salisbury, Loudon, Boscawen, Webster and Penacook. I’d like to make sure our students are well-educated while building productive relationships with all stakeholders.
For five years I’ve attended Merrimack Valley School District monthly school board meetings, committee meetings and annual school meetings to develop a good working knowledge of the school district. I support local control and empowering parents.
I’d be honored to be a school board member for Merrimack Valley and ask for your vote Thursday, March 8.
