A memorial service for Tyler Shaw
was held Friday at the Grappone Center in Concord. The 20-year-old was killed April 30 when his truck was struck by a motorist who failed to stop at the end of the Interstate 89 off-ramp in Bow. The service was originally going to be held at the new Hotel Concord in downtown but the family realized earlier in the week that the 200-seat facility was not big enough. The conference center put out 400 seats for Friday’s service, and every one was filled.
