The cool weather and foliage changed right on cue as the 71st annual Warner Fall Foliage Festival kicked into high gear on Saturday with rides, food, and oxen and woodsmen competitions spread across the downtown area.
After the morning five-mile road race, people lined up for the lobster and chicken barbeque dinner, and the activities lasted into Saturday night.
The festival continues Sunday with a country breakfast sponsored by the United Church of Warner, a kids’ one-mile fun run and a woodsmen’s competition. The activities wrap up at 5 p.m.
