Mercury Systems Inc., Hudson, won an $82,080 federal contract from the Defense Logistics Agency for RF switches.
PD&E Electronics LLC, North Hampton, won a $49,696 federal contract set aside for small business from the Defense Logistics Agency for semiconductor device rectifiers.
Teledyne Instruments Inc., Portsmouth, won a $38,560 federal contract from the Defense Logistics Agency for electrical receptacle connectors.
Continental Microwave and Tool Co., Exeter, won a $30,380 federal contract from the Defense Logistics Agency for band pass filters.
