Hopkinton Middle High School will host a community information night on the dangers of vaping and nicotine addiction Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Speakers include Kim Coronis of Breathe N.H., Dr. Nathan Faulkner of Concord Pediatrics and Rebecca Gagnon of Hopkinton High School.
The Twiggs Gallery poetry class will hold a poetry reading and open mic with the theme of โGratitudeโ on Nov. 11 from 2 to 3:30 p.m., at Twiggs Gallery in Boscawen. Musical interludes will be provided by Muriel Orcutt and friends. The public is invited to participate in this free event, which also includes light refreshments. Students, parents, grandparents, teachers and community members are encouraged to attend and read an original or favorite poem.
Girl Scout Troop 22386 of Concord would like announce a fundraiser pasta dinner Nov. 10 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish at 180 Loudon Roadl. Cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children, family of four is $15.
