Dave Granlund’s cartoon of Nov. 3 is a sick joke – an Army tank whose cannon is aiming at a woman and her little children.
I’ve watched the TV coverage, and a majority of those “invaders” are young men of military age.
But it is Granlund’s use of quotation marks that angers me. At least a million people have sneaked across our southern border illegally, and thousand more are on the way. His quotation marks imply that we are not being invaded.
