Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains will host a free information session for girls and parents on Nov. 26, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Wilmot Public Library, 11 N. Wilmot Road, Wilmot.
There are still three dates left to make it to a free child screening for children who live within SAU 53. The screening is meant to evaluate abilities in speech, vision, hearing, motor and learning skills and will be administered by an occupational and speech therapist and special educator. Children who live within SAU 53 can attend any of the scheduled dates, not just the one located in their town. A parent or guardian must accompany the child and the child must be under six years of age.
