Firefighters are battling a three-alarm blaze that has heavily damaged an outbuilding at LaValley Building Supply on Sunapee Street.
The blaze was upgraded to third alarm by 9:40 this morning. Multiple emergency departments are responding.
Damage appears to be centered on the building directly to the east of the store. The store has suffered some damage, including melted siding and cracked windows.
Patrons were seen evacuating the nearby Country Kitchen at about 9:45 a.m.
