SAU 24 Superintendent of Schools Dr. Lorraine Tacconi-Moore will be at the White Birch Center, 51 Hall Ave., on Jan. 29 at 10:30 a.m. for an informal talk about the proposed budgets for the Henniker Community School and John Stark Regional High School for the 2019-20 school year. This event is free and open to public. In addition to the operating budgets, the Henniker Community School will have support staff and teacher contracts on the ballot and John Stark will have a support staff contract.
On Dec. 15 at 10:30 a.m. Rolling Thunder NH-1 will join the N.H. Blue Star Mothers who are hosting Wreaths Across America for Boscawen at the N.H. State Veterans Cemetery. More than 3,500 wreaths will be placed on veterans graves.
Concord Grange 322 will meet Jan. 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the IBEW Hall, 48 Airport Road. The grange will return to recess of meetings until March. Please contact Dick Patten at 496-2917 for info.
