I never cease to be amazed by the surprising range of topics covered and the clarity of expression in David Brooks’s articles. His ability to spotlight science in the news and make it accessible is a rare talent. I’ll add that it’s downright astonishing how often his work appears. I was familiar with David’s work when he was a staff writer for the Telegraph of Nashua, and I greeted his move to the Monitor with the elation of a basketball fan seeing his team sign LeBron James.
