I am writing in support of Byron Champlin for the vacant at-large city council seat in the upcoming March 5 Concord special election.

I’ve worked with Byron on several local committees over the years and currently work with him as a member of the Concord Planning Board. I’ve found Byron a valuable member of the board, with insightful input on a wide variety of projects that come before us. He asks purposeful questions, brings a steadying influence to the board and always acts with integrity, caring and thoughtfulness.

As a councilor for Ward 4 for the past five years, Byron has served the city and its citizens admirably. He is a tireless advocate for the city, and the citizens of Concord will be well served with him representing all of us.

Your vote counts, and I encourage Concord residents to vote for Byron in the March 5 special election.
