I am usually driving home north on North State Street at 6 a.m. weekday mornings from a daily fitness class. At this time I normally pass a group of men who are residing at the halfway house next to the state prison a little farther up North State Street who are walking into Concord to begin their work day. When it is snowing out this group of men must walk in the street rather than the sidewalk. These men usually are wearing dark-colored clothing, which makes them particularly much less visible until you are driving right up on them. I fear for their personal safety. Any chance the N.H. Department of Corrections could issue these men reflective safety jackets or vests to wear? Keep New Hampshire safe.
