Though the annual March Mandolin Festival workshops are full at Concord Community Music School, there’s still a chance for you to get in on the stringed music action.

There will be two concerts held in conjunction with the festival. Both will feature world-class mandolin players representing a range of styles: bluegrass, Celtic, classical, New England, folk, and blues.

Featured musicians include Andrew Collins, Alan Epstein, Flynn Cohen, and Concord Community Music School faculty member David Surette, along with folk singer/guitarist Susie Burke.

The Concord concert will be held Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the music school. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students and seniors. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit ccmusicschool.org or call 228-1196.

If you just can’t wait that long, another concert will be held in Newmarket on Friday at 7 p.m. at the Stone Church. Admission is $10 in advance or $12 at the door. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit stonechurchrocks.com or call 659-7700.
