On Sunday, Feb. 24, there was a performance at the Concord City Auditorium that was outstanding. The Dartmouth Symphony Orchestra presented an all-Beethoven concert that included a truly breathtaking piano concerto performed by Sally Pinkas and concluded with the powerful Symphony No. 5. When you think quality symphonic music, Concord and the Audi may not be the first place that comes to mind. However, and a big however, the Concord Community Concert Association brought this fantastic group to our stage as well as many other great performers to the Concord area. Don’t go to Boston and pay the high prices and make the long drive. Join us at the Audi for music that will make you smile.
