Special elections may often be overlooked but are never less important. On Tuesday, March 5, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., polling stations in your ward will be open to vote for councilor at-large and for the Ward 10 city council seat. The concordnh.gov website has a link on its homepage for ward locations and more. Check it out, encourage a first-time voter or remind a neighbor, and make your own plan to vote this Tuesday.
I have made my plan to stop in midday and will cast my vote for Byron Champlin. Byron has a pragmatic, studied approach to his service on the city council, and I want to ensure he continues to bring his insights, thoughtfulness and collaborative, inclusive approach to serving all of Concord as councilor at-large.
