A federal jury has found a Concord man guilty of possessing cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl with intent to distribute following a two-day trial.
Bernard Lindsay, 41, is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 6 in U.S. District Court in Concord.
Probation and parole officers with the state’s Department of Corrections conducted a home visit at Lindsay’s residence on April 16, 2018, and seized a box containing more than 16 grams of methamphetamine, 23 grams of fentanyl and 34 grams of cocaine, according to witness testimony and court records.
“New Hampshire continues to suffer from the effects of drug trafficking,” U.S. Attorney Scott Murray said. “Fentanyl has caused grave damage to our community, cocaine is an ongoing health concern, and methamphetamine is a dangerous drug that is appearing with increasing frequency.”
Local, state and federal authorities investigated the case.
