■1 Million Cups Central New Hampshire is an entrepreneur-focused event brought to Concord by Making Matters N.H. on Wednesday at the Grappone Hall at NHTI. The idea is that communities around the country will share 1 million cups of coffee. Entrepreneurs and small businesses often feel isolated from each other and their communities. One Million Cups is about creating these connections. The goal is to develop a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem by connecting entrepreneurs to each other and their local communities so they can receive support, develop their ideas, and collaboratively solve the challenging problems they face. Each month, two entrepreneurs will present for six minutes, followed by 15 to 20 minutes of questions from the audience. 1 Million Cups events are inclusive; everyone is welcome regardless of their background or experience. The more community involvement and the greater the diversity of ideas and perspectives that we have, the more successful we’ll be in making Central New Hampshire a hub of entrepreneurship and innovation. Please contact us for more information at info@makingmattersnh.org.
