A 42-unit CATCH housing development is planned in Penacook. Please attend May 13 and May 15 meetings at city hall at 7 p.m.
These units would be built on the property next to our cemetery. The initial plan shows a maximum number of units for the property. That is not necessary.
Citizens should get a chance to know what is going on and have input before the planning is so far along that it takes on a life of its own. I feel it is all but too late when the public hearing is held at the end of the process.
The May 13 and 15 meetings are very important because council, etc., may change the zoning so the project can proceed.
Be at the meetings. It shows we care.
