■The Bow Garden Club will hold their annual Spring Plant Sale on May 25 and 26 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Bow Community Center, 3 Bow Center Road. ■The annual Arts on the Commons during Mother’s Day Weekend continues today 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Dunbarton Center. Proceeds benefit the Dunbarton Town Hall Restoration Project. ■John Stark art students spent all day at a ceramics workshop at the New Hampshire Institute of Art earlier this spring. Held over the course of two days to accommodate the number of John Stark students, NHIA teacher and Ceramics Department Head Maureen Mills provided expert instruction in this wheel throwing workshop.
■Four John Stark Regional High School students participated in the national DECA conference held in Orlando, Fla., in April. Seniors Owen Payeur and Jackson Flanders competed in Financial Team Decision Making, competing with more than 23,000 high school students from across the world.
