A Warner man was arrested in Concord on Monday after police say he fled state troopers after being pulled over on Interstate 93 North in Hooksett.
Randy Ross, 33, was charged with two counts of disobeying a police officer, felony reckless conduct and operating as a habitual offender.
State police say Ross was pulled over for “a motor vehicle violation” on I-93 in Hooksett about 1:30 p.m. Monday. As State Police Sgt. Vincent Grieco approached the car, Ross took off from the scene and continued north toward Concord, according to a press release.
Ross was stopped on I-93 in Concord shortly after and was arrested “without incident,” according to state police.
Ross is due in Merrimack Superior Court on May 30. Police say Ross had outstanding warrants from “multiple agencies across the southern part of the state,” according to the press release.
