I am writing to thank everyone who came out and voted in the Ward 4 special election. I am honored to have the chance to represent you on the city council, and I look forward to working hard to serve everyone in the ward. It was gratifying to meet so many neighbors at the polls, and to hear about the issues on your minds. I also appreciated the time with the other two candidates, and hearing from their supporters. I thank them for a friendly and spirited race, and hope to see them around the ward engaging in the issues they care about. I am grateful for the support of my friends and family who worked to get me elected, and especially those who spent time with me at the polls.
