The New Hampshire Women’s Golf Association crowned its Senior, Legend and Classic Champions on Tuesday at Atkinson Resort and Country Club. Barb Hecimovich, who plays out of Atkinson, took advantage of her course knowledge to fire a 75 and win the Senior (age 50-59) title. June Ferland (Rochester Country Club) carded the low net Senior score with a 67.
Margaret Brenner (Nashua Country Club) shot a 76 to win the Legend (60-69) championship with Pam Schlieper (Wentworth By The Sea Country Club) scoring a 65 for the best net score. And Marty Thebodeau (Green Meadow Gold Club) finished first in the Classic (70-plus) division with an 82 while Therese Theriault (Sky Meadow Country Club) carded a 65 the low net Classic score.
