New Hampshire American Legion Baseball has announced that there will be a new Prep Program league starting in spring 2020.
The Prep Program is designed for baseball players ages 13-15 and “is being formed to engage and introduce the younger baseball player into the Legion Baseball program with the hopes of those players continuing their legion baseball careers until they age out at age 19,” according to a N.H. American Legion Baseball press release.
The Prep Program’s regular season will run tentatively from mid-April through the end of June and the season will conclude with a four-team, single-elimination tournament in early July.
The deadline for new team forms to be submitted to N.H. American Legion Baseball is Dec. 1.
