■On Wednesday at 7 p.m., the Pittsfield Historical Society will be presenting a program by Michael Bruno on New Hampshire’s Roadside Historical Markers. Michael’s program is geared towards the history of the New Hampshire Historical Marker program, how he came about the idea of the book and some local marker information specific to this area. Michael encourages audience participation and questions. He will have books available for sale and will be glad to autograph them as well. The program will be held at the Society Headquarters on Elm Street.
