Hopkinton’s Kimball Lake Cabin Committee would like to thank all who bought a ticket, attended the barbecue or made a donation to their 4th annual Fundraiser BBQ held at the Kimball Lake Cabins on Sept. 14. The weather held and friends and families enjoyed a great barbecue prepared under the guidance of Mark Newton. The Wholly Rollers entertained with old-time music as children played and folks visited. Many toured the property to see the progress made in restoring the cabins and site to date. Hopkinton residents are invited to stop by Kimball Lake Road, visit the grounds, sit on the cabin porches and the Lion’s Club Shoreline viewing and fishing platform. The site is also the trailhead for the Hopkinton Village’s 4.5 Greenway Trail. And a hearty thanks to all who volunteered to help with this event.
