I live in a rural area adjacent to the Mink Hills in the beautiful town of Warner. On many days it is so quiet you can hear the sound of leaves falling from the trees. Recently, while enjoying fall weather and working in the garden, the discordant sound of distant OHRV engines could be heard grinding along on trails through the Minks. Not long after, however, I could no longer hear the ORVs, drowned out by neighborhood leaf blowers.
