I am pleased to support Dennis Soucy to be elected Ward 8 city councilor.
Dennis and his wife, Carol, have lived on the Heights for 50 years. Dennis is someone who will take the time to talk to people and listen to their concerns.
He and Carol are very active volunteers at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. He is a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans in Concord, along with being a member of the American Legion Post 21 in Concord.
Dennis and Carol can be seen many days walking along Regional Drive picking up trash along the road. He has maintained a small memorial in the triangle section of the fence on Regional Drive. Dennis cares deeply about the Heights.
He and Carol have seen many changes on the Heights in all of the 50 years plus they have lived here. Many people claim to be longtime residents when some have only lived here for less than seven years and have not taken time to become known to community organizations or events that are held on the Heights.
Dennis Soucy is always present when events are held.
I hope the voters in Ward 8 will think very carefully when casting their ballot. I know Dennis Soucy will represent everyone in Ward 8.
