Highlights: Belmont came out on fire and captured the momentum, building a 23-13 lead in game one. Winnisquam battled back to tie the game, 23-23, behind the strong serving of Reusch and net play of Richardson. The two sides traded points until Belmont finally pulled out a hard fought 31-29 lead. Winnisquam picked up its level of play over the next few sets and was able to build early leads and maintain them. Richardson played her best match of the season, leading the team in both digs and kills, while Reusch had her best serving and defensive performance of the season.
